We are advancing! – Get to know the new Studio’s Classes and Events Registration System – StudioBookings

Due to the limit space and participants (according to current covid-19 guidelines) we have decided to renew the entire registration process. This system supports quick registration through the browser or mobile, notification system and updates, waiting lists and automatic registration for vacancy, cancellation of classes and more!

We are launching a pilot week in which you are invited to create a user (We are aware that the system requires a name and a phone, you are free to input a nickname and a fictitious number – although the only ones exposed to this information are the studio staff, but it is very important that the email is correct and up to date)

After login, you are invited to reserve a place for classes that will be held this weekend – Friday and Saturday (note that registration for each event opens a week before it starts – to avoid a “take up” situation weeks in advance.

A fundamental change that you must take into account – every participant must sign up!

Especially during this time when we are all still aware of the dangers on the Corona virus, we feel the need to know exactly how many participants will be in class and have ways of contacting them.

We are aware of the fact that technological changes are a bit problematic, we are available to you for any technical question and will walk you through the first steps if you need to (we have the option to create your account for you if you find it difficult – but please first attempt this on your own)
